Fitness has been apart of John’s life for 15 years. While in high school he had the privilege of training under Todd, Kaanapu (Linemen for the U of O Ducks). From high school, John went on to play J.C football in Southern California for Orange Coast College, where he pursued a degree in health. After his college career in Southern California he attended Lane Community College where he received his EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) license from the State of Oregon.
He started his personal training career in 2007 at the Downtown Athletic Club. He was one of the lead personal trainers for two years, while forming his own in-home personal training business.

My name is Randy Davis Im a certified personal trainer through Lane Community College. I have been a personal trainer since 2004. I started my training in high school through sports. After high school I continued training and working with people to help them achieve their fitness goals. Thats when I knew I wanted to become a professional personal trainer. I specialize in all different types of training from high intensity circuits, weight training, sport specific and more. If you have a goal you want to reach I have the tools to help you get there. I started competing in natural bodybuilding in 2009 and have found great joy from the challenges it brings.
Hi my name is Jack Nelson and I wanna train you! I’ve been working out for as long as I can remember and I bring a lifetime of experience and knowledge to each person I work with. That being said, I feel I can never stop learning and I always strive to keep updated with the latest exercise and nutritional information. After serving for 4 years in the United States Navy on a Destroyer I moved up to Oregon and obtained my personal trainer certification from ISSA and went on to receive my bachelor in science for Human Physiology from the University of Oregon. I pride myself in specializing in every form of fitness because I believe that you can’t just be good at one thing but instead balance is needed to truly be the very best version of you! Thats why I focus on everything from nutrition to flexibility to stamina to bring my clients the full package. My goal is to get you to your goal through a truly scientific approach and to have some fun at the same time. Lets get started today!
