Training at ProFitness has been one of the best investments of time and money I have ever made! The trainers are professional and dedicated and will help you reach your goals. Since working out with John Jenkins, I have lost close to 40 pounds, many inches and feel great. The private setting and individual attention is so different from the monotony of just going to the gym and doing the same thing over and over. Came to Believe!
I started working with Aaron Orton at ProFitness ten months ago. When I came to Aaron, I was north of 400 lbs (181.44 kg). I had lost confidence in my ability to be physically healthy and lose weight. I was on the verge of opting for weight loss surgery. Aaron asked that I give him a chance to prove I could become healthy and he challenged me to prove it to myself. I accepted his challenge! Aaron immediatley began working with me to restore my confidence and get me into a pattern of accepting small steps towards holistic health. Through lifestyle changes in diet and exercise, Aaron has helped equip me with the tactical and strategic methods for actually living healthily. The style of ProFitness trainers is not to preach about what you should be able to do rather, they prove to you that you can do much more than you thought you could. Aaron constantly challenges me to be better than I was the day before. Through the mantera of “results are earned and never given”, I have been improving my quality of life naturally. Ten months later I’ve lost almost 80+ pounds on the scale and have gained several pounds of lean muscle tissue. I am stronger now at the age of 37 then I have been at any point in my life. I feel awesome! I am so proud of what I have accomplished so far but more importantly, I am looking forward to how much better I will be tomorrow.

Passion for Clients!
I started training with Aaron Orton while he was still a trainer at Oz fitness. The difference in his training ability from Oz to ProFitness has been dramatic because of his strong desire in his personal abilities to want to learn and grow as a trainer. While training with Aaron you can see and hear the passion he has for his clients and the determination he has for reaching the goals of each individual. His training abilities are vast in that he can train those wanting to compete in pro bodybuilding competitions, as he does, those just needing that extra motivation in their life to stay on track with fitness, and all that fall in between. Aaron is 100% devoted to each client that walks through the door and guarantees results. You will learn new and unique workout techniques each time you train, because he strongly believes in never letting the body adapt so it constantly has to change. I am training for my first fitness show this year and with Aaron as my trainer I am 100% confident in my ability to be successful and prepared for the show. What Can I say about Profitness…
Working out at Profitness has changed my life. Starting with the obvious, I am more fit than ever. The new fitness level has afforded me so many opportunities, exploring the world around me without fear of failure.
Through the BodyFit class, I have also gotten to know other clients, forming friendships and a great support system. The trainers go out of their way to introduce people with like interests and similar challenges.
On a personal note, John Jenkins, my trainer, is truly inspiring. He really seems to care about the people he trains. He goes the extra mile to not only train you, but also works with your diet and your psyche. He creates workouts that cater to each individuals needs and fitness level, as well as modifying for injuries. He is really incredible!

I have a laundry list of reasons for highly recommending John Jenkins at Profitness for either CrossFit or other personal training. Here are a few… 1. He is an awesome motivator! If you want to work with someone who can be encouraging and make you work harder than you ever have, stop here. He knows just how to push me so that my body feels it the next day but can still function. 2. He’s CrossFit certified. If you haven’t tried CrossFit and are curious, this is the place to go. Must for athletes and CrossFitters
Playing college sports and working in the fitness industry for years, I always resisted personal training because I thought I had enough of my own experience to guide me in the gym. I attended the free Saturday class at Profitness once and now I’m hooked. I’ve been training CrossFit with John Jenkins for almost two months focusing on Olympic weightlifting and WODs. He is awesome and the workouts are killer! I’m gaining strength and overall fitness rapidly thanks to John’s knowledge and drive. Would’ve loved to have found ProFitness earlier but I’m going to be in the best shape of my life soon!

Never would have guessed
I’d be going to a personal trainer, but I have been working with John Jenkins and participating in ProFitness activities for a month or so and no matter what I felt before this is completely worth it! I was always comfortable working out in my own house, I have p90X and I loved it, it worked for me, but I always wanted to try CrossFit. Like many people I talk to I was intimidated by CrossFIt, I haven’t done a lot of olympic style lifting or many of the other exercises, and just don’t know many of moves, that and the fact that it is a dang tough workout just kinda made it tough to start. After one saturday workout (free!) I was sold. I was smoked! Great workout, I found muscle groups I didn’t know I had and I worked em. Withen a couple of weeks I decided to visit John on a regular basis, to get these great workouts in and learn what I needed to get over the intimidation. John has me working harder than I ever have (and honestly I usually over do it) I am looking forward to having more time … be going to a personal trainer, but I have been working with John Jenkins and participating in ProFitness activities for a month or so and no matter what I felt before this is completely worth it! After years of working on my own and being part of a local Athletic Club, and being my own personal trainer. I wasn’t going in the direction I needed to. After having the privilege of meeting Aaron Ortin at J&R Fitness and asking him to be a personal trainer for me, it was not until then did I start getting results with my workouts. Aaron has equipped me with the skills to control my weight and exercise routines that make a difference in my everyday life. All the trainers are top notch and can make a difference in anyone’s life. If you were to meet Aaron you would see what I mean..

I have never owned a gym membership, but I have always been driven to be a better me… both physically and mentally. If that meant doing it on my own, that’s what I did. But with a recent relocation and multiple life stresses, combined with an upcoming high altitude trek as well as neck/arm issues, I found I needed help… a positive outlet! Truth be told I needed a friend, someone to look out for my best interests, to motivate, to teach, to inspire and push me in ways that I could no longer achieve on my own. 3 months ago I found myself in the ProFitness Studio meeting with John Jenkins and after my first free session I knew I had found what I was looking for. As a trainer, and as a person John has shown he has the skills, knowledge, creativity, integrity and most important the genuine concern to help each person achieve their personal goals. Over the past three months I have worked out with John one-on-one, as well as attend the Free Evolution Classes on Saturdays and I could not be happier with John and the ProFitness Team. John Jenkins and Randy Davis have created a space that is welcoming and supportive as well as challenging and freak’n addictive! I no longer workout for hours on the treadmill or count endless calories, now I see every workout as a challenge, a challenge that will bring me to my ultimate goal, a better me… if your someone like me who wants to uncover your own personal greatness, give these guys a try, you wont regret it! (BTW: My neck issues… gone)
