ProFitness presents Body-Fit, the first of many continuous Body-Fit Classes intended to create the body of your dreams.
Our top trainers and professional staff have specifically designed the Body-Fit program to shed and burn unwanted body-fat, develop lean muscle, and to reach your maximum fitness potential. Nothing less! Body-Fit classes are open to anyone. These classes are for those who choose to work and obtain the best fitness of their lives, and most importantly, have fun doing it! Let our veteran and accomplished staff teach you how to turn your weaknesses into your strengths.

- Interval Training Emphasis - The nature of our Body-Fit classes make it a perfect way to perform interval training on a regular basis.
