				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3>Annual ProFitness Hill Turkey Run/Walk</h3>
<p>Every year we use the  holidays as an excuse to over eat and to be lazy. There are no rest days when it comes to training and keeping fit. With that said ProFitness will be holding a Turkey Hill  Run/Walk, where we will go beyond the call of duty and take on Timberline hill over in west Eugene. This run is FREE of charge and only needs your commitment. We will be meeting in the front parking lot of Churchill High School at 10am. We will start with a group warm-up and a 10min active stretching. After proper warm-up and stretching we will conquer the Timberline hill together as a TEAM. At the top we will perform a 7min WOD (a surprise) then make our descent back down to Churchill High School where water and fruit will be waiting.
