Warm-up: Block run and stretching

“FGB” with a Twist

  • Jump squats
  • Push-ups
  • DB Snatch (35/25)
  • Row (cal)
  • Burpee

3 rounds of 1min running clock on each exercise with 1 min break after completing each round.

 

Location: ProFitness Trainng Studio (Evolution class will be at ProFitness from now on)
